Novices or amateurs, come and visit us to learn the language of oenology. The tours are open to all audiences.
We invite you to discover our estate and our vineyard. We have been involved in reasoned culture on all of our Haut-Médoc and Margaux terroirs since 2011. Our wines were awarded the Crus Bourgeois Supérieur in 2020 thanks to their environmentally friendly know-how and a constant search for improvement.
From the discovery visit to the sensory food and wine pairing workshop, we offer three formulas from 1h to 2h on reservation, from Tuesday to Sunday, from March to November.
DISCOVERY TOUR : 1h

From vineyards, to cellars and barrels, you will have access to a full tour of our wine production.
From the pruning to the bottling, we will discuss the various stages involved in the production of our certified organic wines.
Depending on the season and your date of arrival, you will have the opportunity to attend some work of the vine such as leaf thinning, harvesting, bottling and many others. This visit will end with a tasting of two of our Crus Bourgeois wines.

INTRODUCTION TO WINE-TASTING : 1h30

Visit of the vineyards and the cellars followed by a thematic workshop based on the wine-tasting.
First, you will discover the various stages of the development of our wines. Then you will participate in a thematic workshop, in our tasting room, based on the sensory analysis of wine through fun activities. This initiation to tasting will be accompanied by three organic wines of different vintages allowing you to follow the evolution of aromas through time.

Tour of our vineyards, vat room and barrels cellar followed by a thematic workshop.
You will discover the different steps of our wine elaboration. You will then participate to a lucrative introduction to food and wine pairing in our wine tasting room. To do so, you will need to appeal your five senses in order to discover the perfect balance between the several wines and cheeses offered during the workshop.
